C-Monsta Lightweight Split Bag - V2

I'm a paddleboard Instructor and wanted to get my kit a bit more organised, Ive had kit bags and holdalls and trugs, all that worked ok, but normally my kits in 2 bags at least, I went with the lightweight split bag, as I wanted to be able to fold it, and keep all kit in one place , the light bag works for holding all the kit, PFD , first aid kit, throw line, boots, dry trousers, Cag, woolly hat, towel, drink etc etc , it all fits, the wet and dry separation works well, but the handles and shoulder straps with the clips are the clincher , they make it really easy to carry and load, so pretty happy, what I would say, is if your not filling it, then the original bag with more structure might work better, as the light bag is floppy. but once you have stuff in it , its spot on

i think I'm going to get the smaller one for the summer and wild swimming and kinda wish I had got one sooner,
I was always keen to zip my bag up etc, but having an open bag makes finding stuff so much easier and the clip and straps are a great touch to secure stuff - plus pockets on both compartments , keep the smaller stuff together , sunscreen, bug spray , keys , radios etc

Great bag, it’s perfectly designed and I was pleasantly surprised how much space there is, yet really light and not bulky. Very reasonably priced

Being an avid sea swimmer, all year round and using the beach sauna local to me, this piece of kit is invaluable! Plenty of room for all my clobber, keeping warm post swimming is vital, so having a huge waterproof bag is perfect. I've had various bags and sacks over the years, but this is the best 👌

So I may have needed the mini rather than the lightweight v2 but I figure it’s best to have too much space rather than too little!

I’m a cold water swimmer, I don’t own a wetsuit so it’s big enough to cope with all my stuff and my dry robe .. and I can probably still fit in a small person .. I’m actually wondering if it can double up as a raft for my dog (joke)!

It’s extremely well made , great value for money and delivery was quick. I already have the hanger (again overkill maybe for my socks, gloves & swimsuit but I don’t care ♥️)

I definitely have no excuse not to be organised now.. I got the changing mat too… although in hindsight I could’ve just stood in the wet half of the bag!

Super fast delivery and the stickers and temporary tattoo are a nice touch! Would love to see a dedicated bag for divers in the future, without the middle divider.

Initially I was waiting for the Heavy duty bags to come back in stock but decided to go for the lightweight one as i wanted it for Wild swimming so dont use a wet suit. Simply blown away with the bag/ the separate compartment for my wet gear is great . I bought the bundle with the mat as i already have the hanger. The mat has been a game changer to stand on after getting out of the river/lake instead of standing on a bath mat- definitely protection from the cold grass/ground. So pleased with this bag as it keeps all my swim kit together in the boot of the car

I purchased the C-Monsta split bag for my wife's birthday and she is absolutely delighted with it. It will have its first outing tomorrow when she goes for a dook at Burghead. As the sea temperature is a mere 2.5°C I will be watching from the shore. The C-Monsta is certainly going to be put to some serious use this year, and from her comments about it, it will serve its purpose well.

Toyed with the mini and the bigger size and it’s huge! Ideal if you have a wetsuit. Only used it the once, but great size for all my cold dip gear and my extra layers and towels. I also bought the mat to stand on when getting changed and it’s perfect that you can just fold it with your wet gear in it and store it in the dry bag. Great bit of kit

This was an excellent gift for my daughter who is very keen on a number of watersports. The dry and wet area makes it very useful. I am glad that I chose the smaller size and I think this is very suitable for someone who is not very tall. My daughter cannot wait until the weather improves when she can use it properly.

I went for a bundle: lightweight bag, changing mat and hanger. In the sale this was a brilliant buy. The bag is extremely useful making it so easy to pack everything - I don’t know about everyone else, but I seem to have a huge amount of kit needed to support my dipping, especially for afterwards, and this back copes easily with everything! The padded changing mat means that your cold feet are much more comfortable on a stoney beach or other uneven surface once out of the water. I keep a towel folded in my mat. With the towel, the wetsuit/ swimsuit, gloves and boots can be kept together and the whole thing fits perfectly in the bag without leaking water into it. Even if it did it wouldn’t matter because of the two sides! It’s fantastic knowing that the wet and dry things will stay that way. The internal pockets are useful too for keys, glasses, thermometer, biscuits, etc.

I’ve no idea how heavy the heavy duty bag is, but the light weight one is enough for me, so worth thinking about when deciding which one to get.

I’ve not really used the hanger in earnest, but it’s going to be very useful when I’m out and about and staying away in our campervan, I can see it hanging from the bike rack now!! I definitely recommend the c-monsta kit!!

Bag is great with the separate section! I was always getting out of shower at club and realising I didn’t have wet bag!

C-Monsta Lightweight Split Bag - V2 (UK)

I'm not a diver, but my husband is. I saw the C Monster stuff online and thought it looked like a fabulous idea for a xmas gift. I bought the hanger, the lightweight bag and the changing mat. Great price for all 3, they were delivered very quickly and extra bonus thet they're UK based. Husband was over the moon with it all and cant wait to put it in his suitcase. We're off to Tobago in March, it will all be coming with us! I got massive wife points for finding C-Monsta this Christmas!

So I got a set from myself earlier this year and decided to get the same full set, matt, bag and hanger for my daughter. its ideal. :)

I have the two large split bags, both the light weight and heavy duty versions. Both bags are the same size and very well made with thick plastic that is very robust and will have good life. Both have a compartment for wet gear, designed to take the wetsuit hanger and enough space for wetsuit and the other wet gear such as towel, hat, socks etc. Both bags have an internal Velcro compartment on the inside for small items, both on the wet and dry side. The wet and dry sides are approximately the same size, albeit the wet side is designed as a pocket in the main bag making it very flexible dependent on volume required for wet gear. The main difference between the heavy duty and light versions are that the heavy duty bag has a sturdy frame making it able to stand up on it’s own. The lightweight version, whilst still having the same material, does not hold its’ own shape when on the ground and is slightly lighter. Both have two straps to carry the bag, one short for holding in the hand, and a longer strap with Velcro to sling it over the shoulder. Both bags are great for taking to the beach or for open water swimming. I’ve found the lightweight bag great to take all my gear to open water swimming, and allow me to bring it all back without wetting the car. The heavy duty bag is great for triathlons, where, as the bag holds it shape, I can organise the wet and dry gear, such that coming out of transitions, I have all my dry gear nicely laid out, but am then able to put all my wet gear in the wet side at the end to take this home. As with the small bag, it would be nice to have a full waterproof cover available. I would definitely recommend this, and not only for those that open water swim with wetsuits, but for people going to the beach with children where the picnic can be carried along with all the children’s wet gear.

Keeps everything in one place so forgetting essentials is less likely. Works really well for mountain biking, keeping dirty and clean kit separate. Easy to wash out afterwards Really well thought out, works and a company who has thought through the environmental impact of what they do.

I have been waiting to purchase orange hanger, split bag and changing mat on offer. Not used yet but am confident this quality kit will last well and be a great solution to having all the kit I need and drying my wetsuit in between swims. Thank you
