Orders are generally processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination.
From time to time, CME may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable conditions will be clearly communicated on the website.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
CME has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Responsibility
CME shall use its best efforts to ensure timely delivery.
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery at the provided delivery address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. CME cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening the package and contacting us immediately.
